“LAND SEA AND WIND” SUMMER CAMP

An adventurous and entertaining holiday to create a more intimate contact with the elements of the nature
The SEA, the life on it and a generous LAND often unknown to people following the traditional tourist paths.
THE COMFORT of a residence-hotel and the ESSENTIAL SIMPLICITY of the moments around a camp fire, of a roll eaten while sailing, of the excursion to the top of the volcano with the experience of a trapper lunch followed by a dinner served on the “sails terrace” or in a local “pizzeria”
DAYS SPENT SAILING to experience life on board, handling sails and steering the boat, introduction to practical and theoretical seamanship and the thrill of swimming in the most beautiful waters around the island, aboard “Istria” a Danish built racer cruiser of 11.5 metres of length over all.
A SKIPPER that raced twice around the world in the Whitbread, sailed across the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian oceans, the North and the Tasman sea.
Having lived almost ten years in Australia, he has been sailing instructor for the Western Australian Yachting Foundation running also sailing courses specifically for teenagers, has raced in the Sydney Hobarth, in fleet and match race events. With these intense and varied experiences, he has developed a deep technical and human experience.
THE OTHER ACTIVITIES: snorkelling, horse riding excursions, mountain tracking, under the expert guidance of specialised guides.
Ashore we always act as a crew sharing duties and responsibilities for everyone’s well being together with operators always present and in numbers proportionate to the group.

for those who just want to ejoy the sea and a relaxing atmosphere,watching land from far, it is possible to have a sailing trip with a swim in the wonderful waters of Ischia: a sailing excursion on Istria with great sandwich costs 50€ each for a group of four people minimum.
